Make it easier for people to understand what is good or bad in reviews by summarising content with the help of machine learning

MY PROCESS
Understand
I use quantitative and qualitative research to empathize with people.
Define
I combine the observations to develop a strategy, roadmap, KPIs.
Ideate
I work closely with my team to brainstorm and sketch out different ideas.
Create
I write and design content, caring about localization and tone of voice.
Validate
I go back to people and ask for feedback, via A/B testing or usability test.

Since 2014, I’ve been working in the travel industry and my goal is to help travellers discover the world and live memorable experiences.
Content is a key element for UX and as such, my writing is clear for everyone, regardless of who they are and where they come from.
For all languages and cultures
The content I write in English is only read by a small percentage of people. All other international users are equally important to me, I keep them into consideration whenever I make a content decision.
Localisation is my most precious skill, I care about the linguistic, cultural and technical aspects of launching a product globally.
